Car-ferries execute itineraries from Piraeus to Rhodes. There are also coastal connections with other islands of Dodecanese and Crete.

From Athens:
There is a daily direct air connection with programmed flights between Athens and Rhodes. The flights are executed by the Olympic and Aegean Airlines.
Direct Connections:
Rhodes is served with plenty of charter flights. It is one of the most attractive destinations of Mediterranean and for the peak period, meaning the summer months there are landing about 120 charter flights per day. From Rhodes there are also flights to Kos, Karpathos, Kastellorizo, Mykonos, Santorini, Heraklion Crete and Thessalonica.

Local Transportation
The transportation of Rhodes is good enough with daily itineraries, during summer period is a lot more dense.
For the transfers in the city you can use the buses.
